The loan officer you choose needs to be with a company that has its own underwriters and closes their own loans and lets the loan officer do what is needed to get the reverse mortgage closed. Everything in our company is done in-house, under one roof.

All analyses and comparisons meet the AARPs model specifications and we are a member of The National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association (NRMLA) and follow their code of conduct and best practices standards.
Because we are so efficient we normally close our loans in as little as 15 days. The big lenders cannot get it done that quickly… too much red-tape.
